Returns & Refund Policy

We try our best to provide you with high-quality products but things can go wrong at times.

Here are few things to consider for an Exchange:
  • Wrong size, didn't like the colour or didn't like the product after receiving them? No problem, we know sizes and fittings can differ and choices can change too, so we have a 14 day exchange policy.
  • The item to be returned has to be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging and tags as they were shipped. Used items or items not sent in this state will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Please mail us at contact@fulmontee.com before returning the products to us. This will help us process your exchange request quickly.
  • Few things to consider for Refunds:
  • Refunds are possible only in case of In case of manufacturing defects in products.
  • All items sold should be returned within 7 days of delivery for refund.
  • Item to be returned has to be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging and tags as they were shipped. Items not sent in this state will not be eligible for refund.
  • Please mail us at contact@fulmontee.com before returning the products to us. This will help us process your refund quickly.
  • Cancellations:
  • Refunds on cancellations are only possible if the Order is cancelled before the Order is shipped.
  • Refunds on cancellations after Order is shipping is possible with an Exchange or in the form of Fulm0ntee Coins credited to your account.
  • Please mail us at contact@fulmontee.com before returning the products to us. This will help us process your refund quickly.
  • All refunds are initiated once the package reaches to us and the refunds done to your bank account will reflect within 4-5 business days. You can also opt for Fulmontee Coins in place of Refunds.
  • I received a wrong/defective product. What should I do?

    Sorry if that happens with you. As a first step you can email us at contact@fulmontee.com and we'll help you out.

  • Will I have to pay for returning the products?

    No. Our logistics partners will pick up the package. But to initiate a Return you first need to send an email at contact@fulmontee.com with Return details and we will guide you further.

  • Can you arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?

    Yes.

  • Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped?

    If you want to cancel your order, please send us a mail at contact@fulmontee.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • When can I expect my refund?

    Once your refund request is approved. A bank transfer will be initiated and will reflect within 4-5 business days.

  • My question regarding Refunds is not listed above.
